I had wind damage to my roof which then caused drywall tape to peel on the inside. I called these guys first and glad I did. They came right out, patched the roof and started on the estimates and insurance claim. The insurance only wanted to fix 1/2 the roof but New Look was right on the roof with the adjusters and fought to get the whole thing done. The insurance cut me a check for everything right on the spot! I got a new 50 year roof, the interior fixed and even paid a little extra to have my 10x10 shed re-roofed as well. Had bad hail storm last July. Joel knocked on my door and notified me of the extensive jail damage to my very old roof. From that point on, 800 new look took over virtually every step from start to finish. Great communication, great crew for the install, management even had a 6 month battle with my insurance to ensure I didn't pay a dime. Would recommend them to all. A++read more

Having a new roof installed can be a very stressful process, but 800 New look made us very comfortable through out the process and were transparent. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but recently had two experiences on opposite ends of the spectrum that required sharing. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at 800 New Look!l Special thanks to Dave who helped my Grandma get her storm damaged roof repaired properly from start to finish! My husband and I are so fortunate that we met Brian Mussen from 800 New Look. We had wind damages to our roof. We started the process of searching for a good contractor to fix the roof. We were not impressed with the first call. So, we called 800 New Look, and we are glad we did. Brian came by our house explained the whole the process. We both agreed that we can proceed with confidence with him. Brian and his team were/are very punctual and professional. Awesome, awesome company - from Matt and Bill/all the roofers to Sabrina! I've had a lot of contractors do work on my home. This company is by far the most professional, quality driven, and caring one of which I've dealt. Great communication. Very patient and understanding. This is how business should be done. I wish there were more companies like this one. May be they will start a consulting firm on the side on how to treat customers! Wishing I could add 5 more stars to this review.read more

3 years after the work was completed on my roof I began having issues with the flashing. Kurt's installers came out with-in a few weeks of notifying them and took care of the problem. This is a great company to do business with!read more

I had wind damage to my roof which then caused drywall tape to peel on the inside. I called these guys first and glad I did. They came right out, patched the roof and started on the estimates and insurance claim. The insurance only wanted to fix 1/2 the roof but New Look was right on the roof with the adjusters and fought to get the whole thing done. The insurance cut me a check for everything right on the spot! I got a new 50 year roof, the interior fixed and even paid a little extra to have my 10x10 shed re-roofed as well. These guys really know how to get the job done!read more

My husband and I recently had our roof done by 800 New Look and are thrilled with the results. The sales team was so helpful and great to work with. I was skeptical at first as they came to us as door to door salesmen. Geatano specifically, was extremely responsive, patient, and knowledgable with the millions of questions I had. I appreciated having a contact to help us through the entire process. The crew finished our roof in a day! By the time I came home from work, everything was completed, cleaned up, and it looked great. Tom the sales guy was very responsive throughout the entire process. The crew knock out our roof (70 squares) in 2 days. I was equally impressed with the clean up. It got messy, but when we came home at the end of the day it was though they were never there. Overall very happy with 800-New-Look!read more

800 New Look is an excellent company! They worked directly with our home insurance company during the entire claim process to help us get our hail-damaged roof replaced. Everything went quite smoothly...including the actual roof replacement, which only took one day from start (tear off of the old damage roof) to finish (installation of the new roof). My husband and I received multiple quotes to have new gutters installed on our home. Simply getting a contractor to call you back to schedule an estimate is difficult, let alone them showing when they said they would. 800 New Look was immediately available and on time. Their quote was competitive, and they regularly followed up with us, answered our questions, and were very open to our ideas and suggestions for the new gutter layout. Many of the other contractors essentially told us what they were going to install and that was it, no further discussion. 800 New Look took the time to listen and really worked with us. The installation was completed quickly and on time. There were no issues at all with the workmanship and no need for any callbacks.
